Compressed Air & Assembly Tools for Automotive Manufacturing

We (Eagle Industrial) were using an old 50 HP air compressor, with little knowledge of what our true requirements were for air capacity, or what our electric usage was from this outdated piece of equipment. Air Components was able to do various tests and conclude that we could purchase a new 30 HP Kaiser air compressor that would be more than enough for our needs. They also made us aware of rebates available to us, to make this transition easier. The result is we run more efficiently, use less power and have better (more constant airflow) than before, while running a more reliable, newer piece of equipment. Our electric costs have also gone down in this process. We appreciate what Air Components and Kaeser were able to bring to the table for us.

Jeff Gillman and Rich Farmer are top notch. If I need anything or need to bounce some ideas off of someone, they are always right there and willing. Jeff provides exceptional customer service stopping in to see our team once or twice per week just to check in. It’s also nice to deal with his “No Pressure” type of approach. The entire team at Air Components is a pleasure to deal with.
