Vacuum Pumps Fitted to Your Process

Industrial Vacuum Pumps

Vacuum is the workhorse behind CNC routing, thermoforming, packaging, conveying, drying, and dozens of other processes. But the wrong pump wastes energy, struggles with your duty cycle, and fails when production can't afford it. Air Components sizes, supplies, and services Kaeser industrial vacuum pumps for manufacturers across Michigan.

Why Kaeser Vacuum?

Kaeser vacuum pumps share the same SIGMA profile rotor technology that powers their industrial compressors: the same engineering, the same German build quality, the same service-friendly design that our techs already know inside and out. That means:

Energy-efficient operation at the duty cycles that production lines run

Quiet, vibration-isolated packages that ship piped and wired

Wide-access doors and removable panels designed for fast service

Sigma Control system for monitoring, diagnostics, and maintenance alerts

One service relationship covering both your compressors and your vacuum pumps

Rotary Screw Vacuum Pumps

Key Specs

Kaeser's flagship vacuum line. The ASV, BSV, and CSV series use single-stage rotary screw airends with SIGMA profile rotors and oil injection for cooling and sealing. Quiet, efficient, and built for continuous-duty industrial use.

  • Single-stage vacuum down to ~0.5 mbar / 99% vacuum
  • V-belt drive with automatic tensioning
  • Connection-ready packages — piped, wired, and ready to run
  • Integrated cooling, separation, and Sigma Control monitoring

Applications

  • CNC router table hold-down
  • Thermoforming and vacuum forming
  • Packaging and bottle filling
  • Drying, degassing, and filtration processes

Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

Key Specs

Compact, proven technology for smaller-volume vacuum needs. Rotary vane pumps work well for lower-flow process applications and point-of-use vacuum where a full rotary screw package would be oversized.

  • Lower flow rates than rotary screw, sized for point-of-use needs
  • Oil-flooded design with integral exhaust filtration
  • Compact footprint
  • Lower upfront investment for the right duty cycle

Applications

  • Pick-and-place automation
  • Small-scale packaging lines
  • Laboratory and bench-scale processes
  • Point-of-use vacuum at individual workstations

Rotary Lobe Vacuum Pumps

Key Specs

Kaeser's Omega series tri-lobe pumps move high volumes of air at lower vacuum levels. Positive displacement design delivers reliable performance on processes that need a lot of flow without deep vacuum.

  • High-volume flow, low-to-medium vacuum levels
  • Tri-lobe rotor design reduces pulsation and noise vs. older two-lobe designs
  • Cast iron construction with heavy-duty bearings and shafts
  • Variable speed options for energy savings on variable loads

Applications

  • Dust extraction
  • Dilute-phase pneumatic conveying
  • Dairy and milking systems
  • Wastewater treatment aeration

Not Sure Which Pump You Need?

Our team checks out your process, measures flow requirements, and recommends the pump that matches your duty cycle, not merely the one that looks right on a spec sheet.

50+ Years of Customer Trust

Quick Response to service needs, offers alternatives to new and provides loaner assistance when needed. Good Service provider.

We (Eagle Industrial) were using an old 50 HP air compressor, with little knowledge of what our true requirements were for air capacity, or what our electric usage was from this outdated piece of equipment. Air Components was able to do various tests and conclude that we could purchase a new 30 HP Kaiser air compressor that would be more than enough for our needs. They also made us aware of rebates available to us, to make this transition easier. The result is we run more efficiently, use less power and have better (more constant airflow) than before, while running a more reliable, newer piece of equipment. Our electric costs have also gone down in this process. We appreciate what Air Components and Kaeser were able to bring to the table for us.

Jeff Gillman and Rich Farmer are top notch. If I need anything or need to bounce some ideas off of someone, they are always right there and willing. Jeff provides exceptional customer service stopping in to see our team once or twice per week just to check in. It’s also nice to deal with his “No Pressure” type of approach. The entire team at Air Components is a pleasure to deal with.
