Spanco
Spanco builds American-made overhead lifting equipment that makes moving heavy loads safer and faster on the production floor. Since 1979, their workstation bridge cranes, jib cranes, and gantry systems have helped manufacturers move loads up to 30,000 pounds with less operator strain and fewer bottlenecks. Air Components carries Spanco’s lifting equipment as part of our material handling line, sized and configured for your facility.
Why Spanco?
- Made in the USA at Spanco’s Pennsylvania and Nevada plants, with thousands of pre-engineered models ready to ship
- Capacities from 100 to 30,000 pounds across workstation, jib, and gantry systems
- Aluminum and steel builds, so you can match the system to the load and the operator who runs it
- Meets or exceeds CMAA, ANSI, OSHA, and MMA standards, plus a Rigid Lifelines fall protection division
- Industry-leading warranty: 10 years on manual systems, 2 years on motorized
Spanco Products We Carry
Workstation Bridge Cranes
Ergonomic overhead cranes for repetitive lifting in assembly and production cells. They glide loads along a fixed work area and take the manual effort out of the lifts that wear operators down over a shift.
Jib Cranes
Wall-mounted, freestanding, articulating, and foundationless jib cranes for repetitive lifting in tight work areas. Foundationless models install without a special foundation pour, which saves time and cost on retrofits.
Gantry Cranes
Portable, adjustable, and fixed gantry cranes for facilities that need to move lifting capacity from one spot to another, or that have no overhead structure to mount from.
Monorails, Hoists & Components
Point-to-point monorail systems, electric chain hoists matched to your crane, and replacement parts to keep existing Spanco equipment running.

Spanco + Air Components: Beyond the Sale
Lifting equipment is a purchase you make once and live with for years, so getting the spec right matters more than getting it fast. Material handling is one of those product lines where a phone call or a site visit beats an email thread every time. Our team comes to your floor, looks at the loads you’re moving and the space you have to work in, and helps you size the right Spanco system before you commit. From there we coordinate the order, the configuration, and the parts support that keeps it running.
